Tiera earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and later obtained her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2014. Throughout her education, she was awarded multiple prestigious scholarships.

Tiera Fletcher, Esq. has a solid educational background, earning her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University in 2007. During her undergraduate studies, she was actively involved in NCAA Division I Track & Field, becoming a three-time All-American and a Penn Relays Championship gold medalist. Tiera was also a recipient of the NCAA Div. I Track & Field Women's Full Scholarship. She then pursued her legal education at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she received her Doctor of Law (J.D.) in 2014. While attending law school, Tiera worked as a Pulling Law Library Research & Circulation Assistant and was awarded prestigious scholarships, including the Deidre L. Bailey Leadership Full Tuition Scholarship and the National Bar Association's Sadie T.M. Alexander Book Scholarship.
As a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, Tiera determined patentability for 73 applications, managed the workflow of over 200 office actions, and held a position in Technology Center 3600, Art Unit 3623. Additionally, she trained and mentored externs in the Patent Experience Extern Program (PEEP). In her previous roles, Tiera worked as a Federal Tax Law Editor at Bloomberg BNA, an Estate & Tax Counsel, and a Judicial Law Clerk. Within the education sector, she held positions as a Supervisory STEAM Educator, Doctoral Dissertation Research Assistant, and Business Development Assistant at Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center, and as a STEAM Enrichment Coordinator at Project Rise.
