Tiera Fletcher, Esq., is a distinguished Patent and Trademark Attorney at White and Ng LLC. Her strong background in patent examination and legal compliance is bolstered by her academic achievements in mechanical engineering and law. Tiera earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and later obtained her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2014. Throughout her education, she was awarded multiple prestigious scholarships.

As a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, Tiera determined patentability for patent applications, managed the workflow of over 200 office actions, and held a position in Technology Center 3600, Art Unit 3623. Additionally, she trained and mentored externs in the Patent Experience Extern Program (PEEP). Tiera worked as a Federal Tax Law Editor at Bloomberg BNA, an Estate & Tax Counsel, and a Judicial Law Clerk in her previous roles. Within the education sector, she held positions as a Supervisory STEAM Educator, Doctoral Dissertation Research Assistant, and Business Development Assistant at Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center, as well as as a STEAM Enrichment Coordinator at Project Rise.
