Hourly Rates & Initial Retainer
For major transactions, litigation, and serving as your outside counsel to address legal questions and provide ongoing legal services when needed, White & Ng offers hourly rates ranging from $300 to $400 per hour, depending on the type of case. This fee structure allows our team to dedicate the necessary time and resources to thoroughly address your legal concerns and achieve the best possible outcome for your situation.
When working with us on cases billed at hourly rates, we require an initial retainer starting at $1,500. This retainer ensures that we can begin working on your case immediately and covers the initial costs associated with your legal representation. By establishing a retainer, you can have peace of mind knowing that our experienced attorneys are available to provide timely and efficient legal services whenever required.
